Message to all our customers from Gifts & Favours Limited.

Our website is still operational as are most of our suppliers and we are processing your orders as quickly as we are able, following present government guidelines.

The Royal Mail is maintaining an amazing service and our couriers are still collecting and delivering, whilst experiencing some minor delays in certain areas.

Should you be concerned about delays to your wedding plans and the impact it may have on your wedding favours, please contact us for advice, we are here to help.

The delivery services we use are:

• Royal Mail Tracked Service - You will receive a tracking number enabling you to track your parcel via Royal Mail website (http://www.royalmail.com)

 

This is a next working day service from dispatch date and excludes Saturday and Bank Holidays. This service applies to Mainland UK deliveries only.  Additional charges will apply for Highlands and Island districts, including Northern Ireland and the Channel Island due to increased courier charges to these areas.
 

• EU Deliveries - This shipping option is for all EU Countries outside the UK.  Postal charges to Europe start from £16.95 depending on the country and will typically take between 2 and 10 days for delivery depending on location.  Please note a surcharge may apply for orders that weigh over 2 kilograms, if this is the case we will contact you.

• Courier Tracked (UK Mainland Only) - £4.95

• EU Deliveries - £16.95 up to 2kg only
