Information About Us:

The Website is operated by Gifts & Favours Limited ("We/we" or "Us/us"). We are a Limited Company registered in England.

Delivery:
​
All our ready made wedding favour orders are usually despatched within 5-7 working days from receipt of order, larger orders may take slightly longer.
​
'Non made up products' such as DIY items are usually despatched within 5-7 working days.
​
Confectionery items are usually always in stock and are usually dispatched within 3 days as you place your order or during busy periods within 3-5 days. Please note during very hot Summer weather periods, we avoid dispatching Chocolate products on Fridays as we do not wish for items to be held at delivery depots over the Weekend when unusually hot weather conditions are occurring. It is the customers responsibility to ensure they check for any allergies, Gifts & Favours Ltd holds no liability in any intolerance or allergic reactions.

Fragranced Granules:
Keep away from the reach of children.
Do not consume. Store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight or bright light. In case of an allergic reaction or sensitivities to certain fragrances stop using the fragrances granules and wash area immediately. If irritation persists seek medical advice.
As the granules are handmade, colours can vary batch by batch and may differ slightly from the photos. Keep away from pets and children.
Keep fragranced granules away from polished surfaces.
There is no alcohol in the fragranced granules. The references and descriptions of products or services within the website materials are provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied. Gifts & Favours Ltd (Fragranced Granules): fine fragrances is not liable for any damages, including any consequential damages, of any kind that may result to the user from the use of the materials on this website or of any of the products or services described hereon.
Instructions:
Simply place one or more teaspoons of fragrances granules in the well of your tea light burner.
Safely light a candle to create a delightful aroma.

We always try to help with last minute orders where we can. Please call us or contact us using the ‘contact us’ page if you are concerned about a tight delivery time.
​
All our parcels are sent using the Royal Mail postal service. If no one is available to sign for the package, a card will be left stating the time that the delivery was attempted and the address of your local sorting office where it will be held for up to a week for you to collect. All our orders are dispatched in good faith but occasionally our carriers (i.e. Royal Mail) get it wrong and items could be delayed or even lost. We cannot be held responsible for this as it is out of our control once the carriers have collected from us. To this end, we cannot accept any liability or claim for late or non arrival of orders (fortunately this very rarely happens).

Availability:

Most items are available but very occasionally we may experience delays in receiving goods from our suppliers which could result in a delay in delivery. If this happens we will always attempt to inform you of the situation either by phone call or email.

Colours and designs:
​
Due to the fact that many of our products are hand-crafted there may be slight colour variations between different batches and suppliers. The colour settings on your computer monitor may also not show the true colour of the items. For these reasons we cannot undertake to supply perfect colour matches. We do however, assure you that every effort is always made to provide as close a match as possible.

We reserve the right to alter our favour designs in the event of either certain components becoming unavailable or changing from our suppliers.
No aspect of any of our websites should be copied in any way without written permission from Gifts & Favours Limited.

Guarantee & Returns Policy
​
Our ‘Gifts’ products are covered by a 10 day no quibble guarantee. However, a return authorisation needs to be granted before returning any goods. If for any reason you wish to return or exchange an item, please return it to us within 14 days. All returns MUST be unused and in their original packaging to obtain a refund. When sending returns, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, we therefore highly recommend that you use recorded delivery. Your refund will be in the form of the original method of payment. We are not responsible for postage fees.

Returns Exceptions & Policy:
​
Confectionery (due to the fact that these are food products), personalised items, 'made up wedding favours ‘, ready-made favours and home fragrances may not be returned unless faulty (due to the fact that they will have been specially made up to your specific order requirements). Faulty goods will be refunded in full; we will not be held liable for any additional losses incurred as a result of the fault.

Cancellations:

Should you wish to cancel an order please inform us by email or telephone as soon as possible. We cannot be held responsible for orders that have already been despatched.

Payment:

Payment is taken when an order is placed.

All prices are in Pounds Sterling.

All orders are secured by Paypal & Barclays.

These terms and conditions are governed by and defined in accordance with English law without observing conflicts of law rules. When visiting or using any of our websites you submit to the jurisdiction of the English Court in relation to any dispute arising out of relating to these terms and conditions or your visit to or use of the websites and agree to commence proceedings relating to any such dispute in the English Court.
